The provisions listed below govern the online sale of the goods and services offered by Tittibi srls, which operates on the internet through the website www.tittibi.it by selling fashion accessories.

Form and content of the contract

The offer and sale of the products marketed on the Website constitute a distance contract governed by Chapter I, Title III (art. 45 e s.) of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 2005 (“Consumer Code”) and Legislative Decree no. 70 of 2003, which contains the rules of electronic commerce.

The General Conditions expressed below apply to any sale made on tittibi.it. The transmission via the internet of the proposal and the payment of the sum required for the products entail the full acceptance of the Conditions.

TittiBi srls may at any time modify the General Conditions of Sale, which would then be applied by the date of publication on the website (in the "General Terms of Sale"). The changes, in any case, would not go to act retroactively on contracts concluded on previous dates.

For all that is not present in the General Conditions we refer to the provisions of law.

Definitions

“Seller”, means TittiBi srls, contractor of the contract that sells goods and services to consumers or to professionals with game iva/aziende;

"User": who accesses the website tittibi.it without registering;

“Client”: the user who performs the registration or who is already registered, or however the subject indicated in the order, with which a contract is concluded according to the conditions herein. We distinguish between the Customer who carries out an order without it being connected to the professional activity (trade, entrepreneurship), that consumer, and the person with a match that makes an order in the exercise of his professional activity (trade, entrepreneurship), defined Free professional/Company. The latter is required to indicate their VAT number at the time of registration and purchase by TittiBi srls

Registration

Operation by which the User provides personal information to TittiBi srls through their entry into the appropriate section of the website tittibi.it, in order to reach areas of the website with reserved access and in order to proceed to purchase the Service;

“Contract of sale”: any contract according to which the Professional transfers or undertakes to transfer the property to the consumer and the consumer pays or undertakes to pay the price, including contracts that have as object both goods and services;

“Contracted distance”: any contract concluded between the Professional and the Consumer in the framework of an organized system of sale or services at a distance without the physical and simultaneous presence of the Professional and Consumer, through the exclusive use of one or more means of communication at a distance until the conclusion of the contract, including the conclusion of the contract itself;

“Sustainable Support”: any tool that allows the Consumer or the Professional to retain the information that is personally addressed to him so that he can access it in the future for a period of time adapted to the purposes to which they are intended and that allows the identical reproduction of the stored information;

“Work day” must be understood every day of the week, except Saturday afternoon, Sunday and public holidays under the law;

“Order”: by order is the contractual proposal irrevocable according to and for the effects of Articles 1326 and 1329 of the Italian Civil Code, subject to the articles contained in the Customer's cart.

“Garanzia”: any commitment of a Professional or Manufacturer (the “guarantee”), assumed against the Consumer, in addition to the legal obligations regarding the guarantee of conformity, to refund the price paid, to replace, repair, or otherwise intervene on the good, if it does not correspond to the characteristics, or any other requirement not related to compliance, set out in the warranty statement or in the relevant advertising available at the time or before the conclusion of the contract.

Conclusion of the contract

By clicking on “Send order”, the Customer will formulate to TittiBi srls a non-revocational contractual proposal. Once the order is finished, the Customer will receive a confirmation e-mail to their email address, containing the data relating to the purchase made.

TittiBi Handmade reserves the right to accept the order. Acceptance is tacit, if not otherwise communicated with any manner to the Customer the failure to accept. The contract is to be considered concluded with the delivery of the order by the supplier to the Customer.

Prices and shipping costs.

Prices (including VAT and other taxes) are indicated for each product on the site. Shipping costs vary according to the carrier and mode selected (iva prices included):

The price that will be invoiced is that present alongside the product when the purchase procedure ends, in addition to the shipping costs contribution, if not in promotion and therefore free of charge, without considering any changes in price later. TittiBi srls reserves the right to change without notice the prices of products and the amount of shipping costs.

Any new amounts will be effective as they will be published on this website and will be applied to sales later.

Payment methods

There are several payment methods to choose from at the time of the order:

• By Paypal, using a credit card or prepaid card registered on www.paypal.it.

• By Bank Transfer. You should enter the order number in the payment case. This

• Mode and delivery times

The delivery of the products purchased by TittiBi Handmade is carried out by express courier, which guarantees the delivery on all the national territory in 24/48 hours, starting from the day after the one in which the order was made (excluding unwinded areas and smaller islands).

The delivery takes place from Monday to Friday in the normal working hours (9-13; 14-18).

For any delay of delivery or disservice detected the Customer is invited to contact V TittiBi Handmade and to report the incident. If the Customer costs that the number of packages delivered does not correspond to what is indicated in the order made and in the transport document, if it costs that the packaging is wet, damaged, not intact or otherwise altered in some way (even in the closing materials) it must immediately contest by placing written control reserve on the delivery test of the courier (and specify the reason for the reserve, es "wetty packaging" or "imballo". Once the document submitted by the courier has been signed, the Customer will no longer have a dispute.

Any problems related to the integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received (which do not depend on external characteristics immediately perceptible to delivery), in any case, must be reported with the methods indicated to enforce the Compliance Guarantee.

Review

The Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206/2005), supplemented and amended by the following Legislative Decree no.21/2014, which regulates the subject matter of distance contracts, establishes the right of withdrawal, that is the possibility that the Consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not purchase the purchase indicating in the order form to TittiBi Handmade a reference of Parts.

The product can be returned, without specifying a reason and without incurring any penalty, within 14 days from the date of receipt. After sending a return request to TittiBi srls and the delivery of the material to be made at our headquarters the refund procedure is activated.

The refund is made within 14 working days of receipt of the goods, via PayPal or bank transfer.

Hang on

The Customer can return one or more products, without any expense, when placing a new order on our site. You can also request a refund without making the purchased material.

These are the instructions to follow:

1. Download the return form, automatically sent via email the day after the shipment of the order in which the material to be made is present. Once downloaded, the section below should be compiled, indicating the problem and the 'accredit/refund' solution.

In case the Customer has to make a product present on two or more different orders, the return forms of each order on which the products to be returned must be used.

If for any reason it is not possible to find the form/forms, you can download the basic version to this link and fill it by entering the required data (product code, description, quantity to return, problematic code and 'accredit/refund' as chosen solution);

2. Fill in the Rma request, accessible by selecting an orange button (Request RMA) that appears after sending a new order on the order confirmation page. Access to the request is possible within 15 minutes from the conclusion of the order. The following screen will appear:

3. In each RMA you can add up to 9 different items to return, one for each row. For each item a reference should be specified, product data, problematic information, return status and, in the solution field, the option 'accreditation/refund. Once the RRMA is sent, you must select the 'GLS Express with return' option and pay in checkout. This will not be charged to the Customer for shipping the material to make.

4. Deliver the material to return to the courier, upon arrival of the new order. The GLS carrier will bring a pre-printed label with it, to affix on the package containing the material. If possible the same packaging must be used with which the material has been delivered to the Customer. If it has been sold out, we recommend that you use a safe packaging, carefully made to prevent damage during transport. The packaging must contain the product in all its parts.

The refund may take place:

via PayPal or bank transfer (in the latter case it will be necessary to send us the relevant details);

via the ignition of a credit note, to be used later for other purchases on our site.
