Policies of Reso
Right to Retreat
Customers are entitled to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of the date of receipt of the order, without the need to provide any motivation. To exercise the right of withdrawal you must send a written notice to the email address:administration@tittibi.it
indicating the order number and products you want to return.
Conditions of Reso
- In order to benefit from the return, the products must comply with the following conditions:
- They must be intact, not used and returned in the original packaging.
- They must include any labels, accessories and documentation received.
- No signs of wear, damage or alteration.
- Customized or custom-made products cannot be returned, unless manufacturing defects.
Procedure of Reso
- Send the return request by email to administration@tittibi.it
- within 14 days of receiving the order.
- Wait for confirmation and instructions for the return shipment.
- Pack the products carefully and send them to the notified address.
- The shipping costs for return are charged to the customer, unless otherwise indicated by the company.
Refund
- Once received and verified the product, the refund will be issued within 14 working days.
- The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
- Any initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
Difettosi or Errati products
In case of receipt of a defective product or other than that ordered, you must contact:
administration@tittibi.it
within 7 days of delivery, attaching photos and description of the problem.
The company will replace or refund complete, including shipping costs.
